The CSM was given equal stead with the existing General Manager of the unit and was to report this gross to the Managing manager. The CSM made an announcement to give 3% sales cerebrate incentive to the sales staff where as this promise wa! s bring out by the General Manager the very next day. This resulted in the declaration of strike by the Sales staff. In a bid to solve this issue, I have had series of discussions with the Managing Director of the company today. My course of actions to solve this problem and to prevent the glide slope back of similar incidents in future is as follows. 1. The circular of the General Manager is to be repealed with immediate effect.
