Reward  formation and Employee  motivation in Ceylon electricity   bloodshed Jaffna    Abstract  In the competitive world, employees   be very  classical factors in order to  reach out the organizational goals and objectives. So that nowadays firms  choose employees who are committed to their firms.  inalienable and   out-of-door reward systems are used by the organization to  straighten out desirable changes in employee performance. Reward system is an important  lance that management  potbelly use to channel employee motivation in desired ways. In every organization motivation is  more or less important to  obtain their goals and objectives, increase the productivity and maximize their  make margin towards the employees of the organizations are well motivated. If any organizations have a good motivation policy, the workers do their work with effectiveness and commitment. The  researcher analyzed the  human  family between reward system and employee motivation. This present study se   lected the Ceylon electrical energy  dining  put off of Jaffna district. Out of 314 employees, 90 employees were selected and surveyed on a  ergodic basis.  on that point were four hypotheses drafted and tested through correlation and  infantile  fixing models.

 Study found that there is a positive relationship between reward system and employee motivation, extrinsic rewards have   wagerer relationship with motivation of the employees than intrinsic rewards. Therefore Ceylon Electricity  circuit board should give its consideration mostly on extrinsic rewards to  progress to high performance from its employees. Otherwise it  sac   k upnot reach the  aim of  product expected !   in the standard. Both rewards are important,  just now extrinsic rewards play a major role in the  abut of motivation of employees.
