Learning experience from my behavior When I was choosing my career path in life I had to go thru the transformational learning process. I first had to shape what job I wanted this was identifying the problem which to me was one of the hardest things to do. I was torn between a few jobs while lacking to be in the wellness care theme which I wasnt certified in. Second confronting the pro blem is when I considered the salaries of th! e jobs and excessively the benefits they offered. Third was where I had to dress the solution, my solution was to find a job that not only had a beneficial net profit but also had benefits.
