She probably would have been raped, if doc hadn¡¯t come and gag law the Jets. So she lied and sort of of saying that Maria would picture Tony later, she said that when Chino, the person Maria was supposed to be get married found aside about them, shot Maria. The lie that Anita told furious Tony and made him an prosperous target for the Sharks, when he stepped outside facial expression for Chino, and finish up being shot in the rachis by him.
